Fried Lean Pork with Aberdeen Ginger

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

After the meat, wash and separate the fat and lean, slice the lean meat, and mince the fat.

Tips:
1: Tender ginger is easy to cook, and it will be out of the pot after a few quick stir-fries on high heat.
2: If there is no fat, step 6 can be omitted. But personally, when frying lean meat, frying a little lard will make it more fragrant.
