Fried Loofah Flower

1. Fresh loofah flowers

2. Use flour to make a batter, add some salt, and 1 egg white

3. Put the loofah flower in the batter and coat it with a layer of batter

4. Put it in oil and fry it, and it will turn yellow on both sides.
