Fried Pedal Fish

Main ingredients: Pedal fish, Mapo tofu seasoning.

Clean up the pedal fish.
3.
Add mapo tofu seasoning and a pinch of salt.
4.
Stir it evenly and marinate for about 2 hours.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan and put the pedal fish in it.
6.
Fry on both sides and serve with golden brown over medium and small fire.
7.
Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Because the mapo tofu seasoning is heavier in color, the fried fish is easy to color.
2. Adding salt when pickling is to supplement the seasoning, or not.
