The overnight rice is most suitable for making fried rice. When I go home from get off work, I am hungry. I want to make some delicious and mixed fried rice soon. Sausage, shrimp, green pepper and an egg are the perfect combination!

Fried Rice with Sausage, Shrimp, Green Pepper and Egg

1. Shredded shrimps, green peppers and sausage accessories, set aside, eggs

2. Minced ginger

3. Finely chop green onion and use separately

4. Start a fire, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil, add scallion white, ginger, dried chili until fragrant, add shrimp, appropriate amount of pepper, stir fry until the color changes and then add sausage. Stir fry until the sausage is slightly translucent and oily.

5. Add green pepper and stir fry for a while

6. Add rice, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, and stir fry until the color is even. (Anyway, it’s been stir-fried all the time)

7. Pour the beaten egg liquid on the fried rice on medium heat, stir fry a little so that the egg liquid evenly coats each grain of rice and ingredients. Add appropriate amount of salt, Maggi's umami sauce, and sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.

Tips:

It looks complicated but it is actually very simple. In fact, all the ingredients and seasonings can be adjusted as you like. Carrots, onions, ham, and chicken breast can be chopped and put in. The moment you pour the egg mixture and start stirring, there is a magical and professional chef's feeling!
