Fried Sea Oysters

Appropriate amount of leeks, sweet potato starch, sea oysters, eggs.

Beat the eggs with fine salt.

Add appropriate amount of starch and beat evenly.

Beat until there are no particles.

Add the sliced leeks.

Then add the washed oysters. Mix evenly and let stand for three minutes.

Heat the pan, add the right amount of oil, and put on the mold (you can use it or not, I mainly want to make it more beautiful).

Put the mixed sea oyster paste into a mold and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.

Dip it in chutney or ketchup.
