Fried Strips

The strips I bought today are not particularly thick. This one is a little bit thin, but the taste is the same.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the noodles in and cook until the noodles are soft. Don't cook for too long, it will affect the taste if it is too soft

Let the noodles come out with cold water. The noodles will be more chewy and flavorful.

I used two tomatoes. Cut into small dices.

Garlic smashed. Shred the pepper and onion.

Put some oil in the pot and heat up a bit of bean paste, then pour the diced tomatoes in. Stir-fry it into a juice and serve it out.

Keep oil at the bottom of the pot. Pour the shallots, garlic and onions, add some light soy sauce and salt, and add a small amount of seasoning.

Put the noodles in and add a little soy sauce. Continue to fry and pour the tomato juice in. Ready to serve
