Fried Tatami Fish

Remove the internal organs of the tatami fish, scrape the scales and wash, add salt, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Dip the marinated tatami fish in egg liquid.

Wrap the tatami fish soaked with egg liquid in dry flour.

Add oil to the frying pan, heat to 80% heat, and add the tatami fish.

Fry on both sides until golden and remove.

Tips:
The tatami fish only needs to peel off the heavy layer of skin, and the light-colored skin can be peeled off. Dip the egg liquid and dried noodles and immediately put it into the oil pan; fry it until golden brown.
