Fried Wedelia

Clean the Wedelia.
2.
Cut all the ingredients and set aside.

In a frying pan, sauté the shallots, ginger and garlic.

Stir fry the next wedelia.

After the Wedelia turn red, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, chili and green onions.
