Fruit Lotus Root Mixed with Pear Shreds

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel and shred fruit lotus root, soak in water, peel and shred pear.

Boil the lotus root fruit in boiling water for 2 minutes and let it cool to drain.

Put the fruit lotus root shreds and pear shreds into the cooking bowl and add sugar.

Then add lemon juice.

Mix evenly and serve on a plate.
