Stir-fried Fruit Lotus Root

Peel the fruit lotus root, wash and cut into thin slices.

After the fruit lotus root slices are blanched, brew them with water and remove them for later use.

Pour vegetable oil into the wok, add garlic slices to fragrant when the oil is hot.
4.
Stir-fry the red pepper, green pepper, celery and lotus root slices together, add the seasonings, and cook.
