Add salt and sugar chicken powder and baking soda, and turn on the self-kneading function of the bread machine. Baking soda can make the beef slippery more elastic, but it is more alkaline and has a strong taste. I think 5 grams is just right. Sugar can increase the umami taste of beef, yes, this is where we are told by outsiders that even cooking sugar is put in 🤷♀️

Put the mashed meat into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. This is to make the baking soda and seasoning blend better with the meat.

Cut the bone-in steak into pieces and boil the water, add a small piece of angelica and a dozen goji berries, and press it in a pressure cooker for half an hour. Angelica and beef really go well with each other, but don't add more, otherwise only the flavor of angelica will be left. Leave the soup in a pot for a while to cook the beef slippery, and eat the rest of the meat~

Tips:
