When I was young, I especially liked to eat preserved eggs. When I grow up, I often miss the taste.

Ingredients

Garlic and Preserved Eggs

1. Prepare 2 preserved eggs, peel them and rinse them

2. The preserved egg is changed to a knife, cut into pieces, the egg is smaller, cut into 4 pieces

3. Mince garlic cloves into puree

4. Preserved eggs and diced red peppers on a plate

5. Sprinkle the garlic evenly

6. Pour some ginger vinegar and let it stand for 5 minutes
