Garlic Beef Rice Roll

Slice the mushrooms, cut the boneless steak into 1.5cm cubes, and cut the onion into small cubes

Fry the garlic in the pan until crispy, pick it up, and slice it for later use

Take the seaweed sheet, spread the white rice, roll it up and shape it tightly, then cut it into large sections for later use

Stir fry the diced onion with a little oil from the pan, then add the beef short ribs and sliced mushrooms, stir and fry evenly

Add 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, a little water, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon curry powder to taste
