Beef Stew with Radish

Defrost and wash the steak, and wash the radish for later use.

Cut the beef into large pieces, put water in the pot, put the cut steak, put green onion, ginger slices, star anise, cooking wine, tangerine peel and cinnamon to boil over high heat.
