Garlic Cheese Lobster

One large California lobster, scrubbed outside.

Cut along the upper center line of the photo.

The internal organs in the picture must be cleaned up, and try not to wash the yellow out.

Teach you a simple operation, put it in a container and heat it in the microwave for one minute.

Tips:
This is a relatively simple home practice, which saves time.

5. The cooking time has a range mainly depending on the wild and captive. Mine is a wild lobster that I caught by myself, so it takes a little longer to cook for a tighter meat. Normally, just press 1+4 minutes and it will be delicious.
