Garlic Wild Sesame

Wash wild sesame seeds.

Put water in a pot to boil, add a little salt, add wild sesame seeds in blanching water for 1 minute and remove.

Let it cool in cold water.

Flatten and chop garlic cloves, and cut wild sesame seeds into sections.

Put oil in a pot, and stir fry the minced garlic over low heat.
6.
Add the blanched wild sesame seeds and stir fry.
7.
Add salt, cooking wine, and sugar to taste.
