Ingredients: 1 sea eel (1500g) Ingredients: Stir-fried white sesame seeds Seasoning: Daofuxihao sauce, Puyuan fish sauce

After the eel is cleaned, the spine is removed.

Cut the fish into 10 cm chunks, pour an appropriate amount of fish sauce, spread evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes;

Add oil to the pan. When the oil is 80% hot, put the marinated fish in the pan and fry 2 sides of golden brown;

Cook in your favorite sauce and add a small amount of water;

After simmering on low heat for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with white sesame seeds when the soup becomes thick.
Tips:
1. Choose fresh sea eels, preferably larger ones, which taste better;
2. It is not easy to use too much fish sauce, and the marinating time should not be too long;
3. When frying fish, fry the fish skin on one side first, and then fry the other side;
4. After the teriyaki sauce is cooked, do not have too much water, cook it on a low heat, and wait until the soup is thick.
