You can use any appliance, even boiling water to brew instant coffee powder. As long as the coffee is of high quality, the taste will be extraordinary. As for the three-in-one flavored instant coffee, it’s not enough.

Add raw sucrose to the coffee while it is hot and mix well. The quality of the sugar is also very important. Without raw sucrose, ordinary white sugar can also make do with it; the amount of sugar is a lot, I have already reduced the amount, and it will not be particularly sweet after freezing. Will suffer

Let the coffee stand and cool to room temperature, stirring several times in between to ensure that the sugar is fully melted

Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow and wide container, cover it with plastic wrap, and freeze it in the refrigerator; at the same time, freeze the container to be used

Frozen until the coffee becomes icy, take it out and scrape the frozen coffee to the side with a fork or spoon, and continue freezing; take it out every 30 to 40 minutes and turn it until all the coffee freezes and becomes loose and can turn into a gravel shape.
