It's autumn, and the uncle's Dishan grape is also ripe. Originally it was going to make wine at this time, but this year we also made green plum wine, and the wine jars are gone...

Grape Sparkling Water

1. Rinse the wild grapes, soak them for 10 minutes, wash them again, and cut the grapes.

2. Crush it with your hands and pour it into the pot.

3. Add cold water, the water volume is about 1 and a half knuckles higher than the grapes.

4. Cover, boil and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, then put rock sugar.

5. Cook for another 10 minutes and stir well.

6. Strain with a sieve and let cool.

7. Filter with a fine sieve.

8. Pour 300ml into a measuring cup, and prepare the rest for other things and drink it directly.

9. Put some ice cubes in the glass.

10. Pour grape water.

11. Pour in sparkling sparkling water.

12. Pat the mint, add it to the garnish, stir well and you can drink it.

Tips:

1. 900 grams of wild grape is the weight before picking.
2. Adjust the amount of rock sugar according to the acidity of the grapes used by yourself.
3. For sparkling water, I use dripping peach flavor, or you can change to other flavors.
