Grasshopper Vegetables

Choose to wash the grasshopper dishes.

The washed grasshopper vegetables are quickly blanched in a pot of boiling water, sprinkled with a little salt and a few drops of vegetable oil in the water.

Wash the blanched grasshopper vegetables with clean water to remove the mucus.

Tips:
