Green Pepper Potato Chips

The potatoes are peeled, washed, and sliced.

Rinse twice with clean water.

Green pepper slices, carrot slices, prepare a little green onion and garlic.

Heat the wok, pour in the cooking oil, add the shallots and garlic when the oil is hot and sauté until fragrant.

Then add the carrot slices and stir fry twice.

Add potato chips and stir fry evenly.

When the potato slices are half-ripe, put the green pepper in, stir-fry evenly, add salt and chicken essence to taste.
