Griddle Crispy Fish

Cut the crispy fish into thin slices. (If you don’t know how to cut, let the fish seller help you cut it.

Fry in the frying pan until 80% cooked, scoop up
3.
Cut the side dishes into boiling water, blanch them, remove
4.
Put the ginger and garlic in a frying pan and sauté (if you like spicy food, you can saute the chili)
5.
Stir fry a few times
6.
Put the crispy fish in the pot, add oyster sauce, sesame oil and mix well
7.
Start the pot, serve it, and start eating
