Grilled Kelp Bamboo Shoots

Main and auxiliary materials: Soaked bamboo shoots, kelp, green pepper

Soak and wash the bamboo shoots.

Wash and cut green peppers.
4.
Wash the kelp foam and cut into pieces.

Heat oil and fry the scallions.

Add the bamboo shoots and kelp and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

After boiling, simmer for 10 minutes.

Add green peppers.

Season with salt.

Tips:
1. The bamboo shoots and kelp should be cooked for a while longer.
2. The green pepper must be put last.
