Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Leek and Moss

Wash the bamboo shoots you bought home, and cut the leek moss into inch pieces.

Put oil in the pot and stir fry with bamboo shoots.

Add the leek and continue to stir fry.

Add salt, soy sauce, and water to a simmer. When the soup is almost exhausted, add chicken essence and season out.

If you like the crispy leek, you can put it later.
