In our small northern city, fresh bamboo shoots cannot be bought, but sliced bamboo shoots are sold in the market. They are often bought back, fried with meat or vegetarian, which is quite convenient, quick and delicious. "

Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots with Leek and Moss

1. Wash the bamboo shoots you bought home, and cut the leek moss into inch pieces.

2. Put oil in the pot and stir fry with bamboo shoots.

3. Add the leek and continue to stir fry.

4. Add salt, soy sauce, and water to a simmer. When the soup is almost exhausted, add chicken essence and season out.

Tips:

If you like the crispy leek, you can put it later.
