Tips:
1. It is best to tear off the film of the squid epidermis, which is both beautiful and delicious!
2. If you like spicy food, you can also brush some hot sauce on it.
3. Although squid is delicious, it is not suitable for everyone. Patients with cardiovascular and liver diseases such as hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, arteriosclerosis, etc. should eat with caution. Squid is cold in nature, and people with weak spleen and stomach should eat less.
4. Squid is a hairy thing. People who suffer from eczema, urticaria and other diseases should not eat it.
