Three Cups of Squid
1.
Wash the squid, remove the film and cut the knife, put it in a pot of boiling water and quickly boil the soup to change the color and then remove it. I didn't shoot this step, because I didn't plan to shoot at the beginning, ha ha ha...
2.
Peel the garlic and set aside, slice the ginger.
3.
Wash the nine-story tower for later use.
4.
Heat the pot with sesame oil, add garlic and ginger until fragrant.
5.
The garlic is fried yellow on both sides.
6.
Pour the squid quickly.
7.
Pour the rice wine quickly one by one.
8.
Pour in 2 spoons of soy sauce paste and 1 spoon of soy sauce.
9.
Stir quickly evenly.
10.
Bring to a boil, simmer in the lid for a while to collect the juice.
11.
Finally, pour into the nine-story tower and stir-fry quickly evenly.
Tips:
1. If you like spicy food, you can add some dried chilies.
2. If there is flax oil, it is better to pour some oil in the end. I haven't bought it yet, so I will use ordinary sesame oil instead.
3. The whole garlic is more enjoyable, and the glutinous ones have no spicy taste.
