Ham Meatballs and Vegetable Casserole

Wash the mutton balls, lotus root and yam.

Peel the yam.

Cut into thin and even slices.
4.
Peel the lotus root and cut into thin slices.

Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces.
6.
Cut the ham sausage into slices.
7.
Pick and wash spinach.
8.
Put the cabbage gang in a clay pot first.

Add lotus root slices.
10.
Then put in yam pills.

Add lamb meatballs.

Add green onion and ginger, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 10 minutes before adding spinach.

Add salt, pepper, and MSG to taste.
