Hand-rolled Noodles

Pour the flour into the container. Add water and stir to form a snowflake shape, then knead the dough

The dough needs to relax for more than 30 minutes, and knead it three times during this process. Pay attention to the moisture and relaxation of the dough.

You need to sprinkle dry flour to roll the noodles. Repeatedly roll into large dough pieces

When the roll is finished, sprinkle dry flour to help the rolling pin roll up

Fold the noodles by folding the quilt and cut the noodles according to personal preference

Shake the cut dough with dry flour. I basically didn't use much dry flour, and there was no dry flour when shaking.

Boil the noodles in a pot under water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Take out the noodles, add soup or mix noodles according to personal preference

Add lotus root soup, put some vegetables in it.
Tips:
1. Mastering the moisture of the dough is the key
2. Be sure to knead the dough a few times when it is loose.
3. The cooking time should not be too long. Mastering these noodles will surely be successful.
