Hawthorn Cake

Wash the mountain red.

Remove the red seeds from the mountain and save the pulp.

Add sugar.

Stir evenly and simmer on low heat.

Tips:
1. There is no need to add water during the cooking process.
2. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your own taste.
3. You can put a little more maltose.
