Heart-warming Hot Pot in Winter

First prepare the soup base. Take the bottom of the bone soup pot as an example. Wash the ribs, soak the blood in the water, do not blanch the water, add water directly into the pressure cooker and simmer for about an hour. I use the stewing function of the electric pressure cooker.

Pour the simmered soup in the previous step into the shabu-shabu, add a little salt, a little chicken essence, and a few scallions. Shiitake mushrooms can also be added in advance to bring freshness to the bottom of the pot.

Move the induction cooker to the dining table, with the shabu-shabu on top, and turn on the hot pot mode. Wash the shabu-shabu partly and place it around the hot pot. After boiling, you can put down all kinds of shabu-shabu to eat~
