Sea Breeze Fresh Meat Wonton

1. Finely chop all the ingredients (leave a little leaf of coriander)

2. Mix the ingredients (except the crabs) and the seasoning until they are flexible and ready to use

3. If there is no pork bone soup base, use an egg to fry for a while, rush into the right amount of water, cook for about 10 minutes, add salt and chicken powder to make a simple soup base

4. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put in the crab

Tips:

The salt content of the dried shrimp skins purchased was slightly higher, so no salt was added.
