Hijiki Salad

Wash the hijiki you bought, put it on a plate, add water to submerge hijiki, and add salt to soak for half an hour.

After soaking, wash and control water, boil the water in a pot, add hijiki and boil for 5 minutes.

After boiling for 5 minutes, remove the cold water, squeeze the water and cut a few knives.
