Home-cooked Cold Dish: Spinach with Peanuts in Old Vinegar
1.
Wash peanuts and spinach first
2.
After the pot is heated, add a little oil, then pour in the peanuts, stir fry slowly on low heat, and turn off the heat when you hear the crackling sound of the peanuts.
3.
Put salt and vinegar in the bowl. After the fried peanuts cool, pour it into the bowl and mix with chopsticks to make the peanuts covered with vinegar. Soak for about 5-10 minutes.
4.
Spread the spinach in the water, remove it, drain the water, cut a few knives at will, and mix it with peanuts.
Tips:
1. During the frying process, the peanuts should be turned constantly, and the fire should be kept low at the same time
2. The time for soaking spinach should not be too long, it is easy to lose nutrients
3. The time for soaking peanuts in vinegar can be flexibly controlled. If the time is longer, peanuts will have a more vinegar taste. If you don’t have time, you can add spinach directly after mixing
