Homemade Almond Milk

Wash the almonds and rice and soak them for 2 hours (I made them the night before), and blanch the berries with boiling water.

Divide it several times, putting a small amount into the blender each time, so that you can beat it finely.

Add pure water and run for about one minute each time.

Sift the beaten almond pulp and pour it into a small pot.

Simmer for 2 minutes on low heat, stirring during which time to prevent sticking to the pan, add rock sugar.

Stir until the rock sugar is completely dissolved and it becomes a paste before being out of the pot. Add the berries to serve.
Tips:
The aroma of almonds is mixed with the fragrance of rice. It is slightly sweet and delicious!
Note: The amount of rock candy in the picture is slightly sweet, if you can eat sweeter, put more.
