Homemade Garlic Pork Ribs
1.
Wash the pork chops and chop them into 15 cm pieces. Peel the garlic and cut into garlic paste.
2.
Add garlic, cooking wine, salt, pepper and chili noodles to the ribs and marinate for more than 4 hours.
3.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, mix them up with chopsticks, then drag the marinated ribs in the egg liquid and wrap them in breadcrumbs.
4.
Put the right amount of oil in the pot (you can cover the ribs), and when it is 70% hot, put the ribs in and fry for about 7-8 minutes until golden brown, pick up and serve.
5.
Then lower the oil in the pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, and sprinkle it on the ribs.
Tips:
When frying garlic, the oil should not be too much, the heat should not be high, and the temperature of the oil should not be too high, otherwise the garlic will be mushy.
