Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Leaf!

Lotus seeds (soak a few hours in advance)

Wash the fresh lotus leaves with water,

Blanch it in boiling water for later use;

Rinse the chopped ribs and put them in a container, add salt and pepper fabric wine and lotus seeds to marinate for 30 minutes;

Marinate for 30 minutes;
