Homemade Pork Floss

1. Cut the pork into large pieces, blanch it, put it in a pressure cooker, add green onion, ginger, coriander root and spices, and press the meat until it is cooked.

3. Put the meat in the fresh-keeping bag and beat it with a rolling pin.

4. Then shred it a little bit, the degree of shredding determines the fineness of the finished product, as fine as possible.

5. Put the torn shredded pork into the bread machine, add salt light soy soy sauce and sugar, adjust according to your own taste, and start the jam or pork floss program.

6. After the program is over, the meat floss is ready, if it feels unsatisfactory, you can use two programs to do it.
Tips:
1. All meats can be used to make pork floss, but lean meat should be used.
2. Freely modulate the taste, my family prefers sugared ones.
3. The old soy sauce is used for coloring, add as appropriate.
4. If you don't have a bread machine, you can use a pan to fry.
5. If you feed it to a very small baby, you can use a wall-breaking machine or a food processor to beat the fried pork floss into meat powder.
