Homemade Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs (less Oil Version)

Cut the ribs into sections, wash and set aside.

Prepare other materials.

Boil the ribs in the drain water to remove the foam.

Put the ribs in the pressure cooker, the water has covered the ribs, put the ginger, shallots, and cooking wine together, and press the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Put the pressed ribs into the pot, fry on low heat until the ribs are slightly golden, then clip out the ribs.

Tips:
Don’t pour out the pork ribs soup from the pressure cooker. You can save it as a broth when you cook noodles. This method is less oily, so when braising the ribs, add water. If you want a strong flavor, you can also add the soup that has been pressed into the ribs.
