Ribs Braised Rice

Put the ribs in a pot, add water, ginger slices, cooking wine, and boil the water to a boil.

Put the ribs in a bowl, put a spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, and salt for 30 minutes.

Put oil and rock sugar in a wok and simmer until caramel color.

Lower the ribs and stir fry until the ribs are covered with sugar.

Add ginger, corn, carrots, and mushrooms and stir fry.

Add some boiling water along the pot and adjust 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce. For heavy flavors, you can add more salt.

Put the rice in the rice cooker, wash and pour in the ribs, corn, carrots and mushrooms ➕ appropriate amount of water.

Cook and open the lid.

Add green onions and coriander, mix well.
11.
Fill the bowl and start eating.
