Homemade Sweet Potato Chips

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.

Cut thin slices, soak in water, wash off starch, control water and dry.
3.
The oil in the pot is heated to 60% hot.

Add sweet potato chips and fry slowly.
5.
Fry until golden and hard, remove.
6.
Just sprinkle an appropriate amount of sugar.
