Home-made Stew Pot

Take a pack of braised pot sauce. Our family doesn't like spicy food, so the flavor we chose is hoisin sauce (slightly spicy).

Tear open the sealed bag and take out the sauce packets one by one. There are eight packets in total. They are: red date wolfberry sesame bag, secret sauce, sauce powder bag, secret base oil, secret hoisin sauce, secret spicy sauce, Secret sauce, secret sauce.

The main ingredient I used here is chicken wings. In fact, I personally think that if you can add seafood ingredients such as Houjiwei shrimp and squid, the taste will be more delicious. Rinse the chicken wings and drain the water. Use a knife on both sides of the lengthwise direction to make it easier to taste.

Take the secret hoisin sauce and secret oil.

Pour into the chicken wings and stir evenly to marinate.

Continue to add the secret spicy sauce.

After mixing well, put the main ingredients aside for later use.

When pickling, prepare the vegetable base material. This vegetable can be matched according to your own preferences. I chose the commonly used green and red peppers, carrot slices, sweet potato slices and garlic.

Prepare the side dishes needed later, here I prepared lotus root slices, lettuce slices, coriander and hot dry noodles.

Take half a cup of water and prepare to mix it with the sauce powder bag.

Stir the sauce powder bag with a spoon and set it aside for later use.

Take another cup and a half of water and pour it into the pot.

Add the secret sauce.

Continue to add a small amount of salt.

After the water is boiled, pour the prepared sauce powder bag into the pot.

Stir constantly with a spoon.

Until the color is black and red and can be stretched, it can be scooped up and put into a bowl for later use.

Take a non-stick pan or electric pan that can be used on the induction cooker. I use a multi-function electric pan. Plug the pan into the power source, select a low heat, and put in the secret base oil.

Wait for the primer to melt.

Pour in the vegetable base material prepared in advance.

Stir-fry with a wooden spoon for a while and add red dates, wolfberry and sesame buns.

Cover the pot and simmer for about five minutes. The heat should not be too high to avoid sticking to the pot.

Spread the previously mixed main ingredients flat on the vegetable base and continue to cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the secret sauce.

Lay out lotus root slices.

Spread the lettuce slices.

Spread the simmering sauce prepared earlier in the pot evenly.

Cover the pot and continue to simmer until the sauce is simmered and the main ingredients are cooked and ready to eat.

When the ingredients in it are almost eaten, you can add an appropriate amount of boiling water (it would be better if there is a broth). After the soup is boiling, you can continue to rinse your favorite ingredients, such as coriander, hot dried noodles, meatballs, etc. can!
Tips:
It should be noted here that the vegetable base should not choose too many sweet potato chips, potato chips and other easily sticky ingredients. If you like to eat, try to put them as little as possible, and pay attention to frequent turning and not too high firepower.
