Homemade Tofu
1.
Buy bean curd materials online.
2.
Put 150g of soy flour into the pot.
3.
Ready to add 900g of water in the soy milk.
4.
Soy flour and water are ready.
5.
Add a small amount of water to the soy flour and stir gradually with chopsticks.
6.
Stir until it is fine and granular, this step is very important.
7.
Add water again and continue stirring with chopsticks.
8.
Stir it evenly and make it thick soy milk.
9.
Then continue to add the last remaining water and stir evenly.
10.
Add 1000g of water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
11.
Pour in slowly raw soy milk in the left hand, stir gently with a spoon on the right, not too high, medium and small heat, and boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
12.
Add 100g of warm water at 40 degrees Celsius to the bowl, add gypsum powder and stir evenly.
13.
Add gypsum water to the basin first, and then pour it into the boiling soy milk and stir it, and it will appear flocculent (I was planning to make tofu, but I felt that I couldn't eat it after a meal, so I changed it to tofu temporarily).
14.
Wash the tofu box (used online for the first time).
15.
Wash the soy milk gauze and spread it in the tofu box.
16.
Spoon the flocculent soy milk in the basin into the tofu box (exactly one box).
17.
Close the lid of the tofu box, put a plate under the tofu box to catch the tofu water (just put it on the plate), and pour it out in time.
18.
Wrap the tofu with gauze (this is after a few bowls of filtered water have been poured).
19.
The tofu has been pressed out of water and the production is complete.
20.
The first try to make tofu was quite successful, and the taste of tofu was quite good and white as jade.
Tips:
Stirring soy milk and boiling soy milk are both critical.
