Hometown-style Cured Pork Liver

The materials are cut and set aside.

Stir the ginger with oil in a hot pan, add the cured liver and fry.

Pour a little cooking wine and simmer for 1 minute.

Then add sour carrots, garlic sprouts, and a little salt to fry them to taste.

Stir fry the pork liver on one side.
