Honey Grapefruit Tea

It’s a bit hard to cut with a knife. I cut the fruit directly with the baby’s.

The grapefruit peel is peeled and cut into filaments, soaked in salt water. Then you can peel the grapefruit.

It's fun to sit on the balcony and eat while peeling and eating on a sunny day. Just don't eat too much, or else the jar like me is not full. (The grapefruit flesh is peeled clean, the outer layer is bitter)

Soak the grapefruit peel for more than half an hour, knead for a while, wash, and cook in a milk pot. The bitter ones are like me, add a handful of rock candy\(^o^)/

Boil the grapefruit skin until it is soft and transparent, and add the peeled grapefruit flesh.

Stir while boiling, the pomelo flesh is scattered and mixed with the pomelo skin evenly. Continue to boil.

Boil until the meat is soft and rotten, collect the juice on medium heat, and then pour it into a container to cool

After cooling, add ten spoons of honey, stir well, and put in a clean glass jar to refrigerate. (According to the finished product, there is less honey) Let's add it according to personal taste.

Tips:
The honey must be added after it has cooled down. The same is true for making honey grapefruit tea. You have to use warm water instead of hot water. Because honey is not suitable for high temperature brewing.
