Honey Grapefruit Tea

One fresh grapefruit, peeled, and be sure to remove the white tendons!

Cut the grapefruit peel into shreds! Add appropriate amount of salt to add water, soak overnight!

Peel the grapefruit meat and set aside!

Boil the grapefruit skin for 15 minutes before boiling, and cook the grapefruit meat for about 15 minutes. Add water to boil. After the water is boiled, add rock sugar and simmer slowly. Stir frequently to avoid sticking to the pot and shrinking the juice. After a few minutes, add honey!

The grapefruit skin must be soaked with salt, and the grapefruit meat must be over-watered. In fact, the meat is the most bitter!
