Honey Grapefruit Tea
1.
Soak the grapefruit in hot water for 15 minutes, rub with salt, drain and cut with a cross knife
2.
Remove the white flesh of the skin, the thinner the better (the whiter the more the more bitter the taste). Cut the filaments into the water and pull out for 5 minutes
3.
Take the pomelo fruit and pack it cleanly, the piece should not be too small, the quantity should be 1:1 with the pomelo peel
4.
500g rock sugar melted and boiled with appropriate amount of water
5.
Put the cut grapefruit skin into the boiled rock sugar water, and boil until translucent on medium heat for about 15 minutes
6.
Add grapefruit fruit, add water and continue to simmer,
7.
When the water runs out, the bubbles increase, turn off the heat and let cool
8.
After cooling, add 300g honey and stir evenly (sticky)
9.
Put it in the bottle (the whole process is a clean container, no raw water can be seen)
Tips:
1. Grapefruit should be the one with the sharper yellow color.
2. The whole process is a clean container, no raw water can be seen.
3. The more white part, the more bitter the taste
4. The salt rubbing warm water bubble is to get rid of the wax on the surface.
