Hot and Sour Noodles

Ingredients: 3 garlics, 1 chive, 1 coriander, squeezed chili oil and peanuts

Chopped garlic and put it in a large bowl

Chopped green onions and put them in a large bowl

Put an appropriate amount of chili oil in a large bowl

Add a pinch of salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, vinegar and mix well

Boiled noodles (I use raw ramen, you can also use dried noodles)

Pour the noodle soup into a large bowl of mixed juice

Tips:
Add sour and spicy according to your own taste at will. The step of topping the noodles with oil is very important and cannot be omitted.
