Homemade Cold Noodles

Ingredients: I use the normal raw ramen, smoked ham, boiled asparagus, 1/4 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tomatoes (preferably cooked, peeled and diced), boiled eggs. The right amount of olive oil, black pepper, a little basil, salt, sugar.

The tomato sauce is cooked by yourself: chop the garlic into the mince, chop the onion into the mince, and saute in turn, add the diced tomatoes, add appropriate seasonings, and fry into a sauce.

Homemade tomato sauce.

The raw noodles are good (not too rotten), rinse with cold water, cool in ice water, and drain.

Add a little olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix well.

Add the cut materials.

Pour the burned tomato sauce and add a few slices of eggs.
