Hot and Sour Noodles

Wash and slice the shiitake mushrooms. The ingredients can be added according to your taste. Many people cook them with seafood or chicken and duck offal. I prefer simple and vegetarian dishes.

Slice the pork, chopped green onion and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add pork slices and shiitake mushroom slices, add chicken powder, salt, oil, oyster sauce, and a little pepper and cook for 6-7 minutes.

Finally add the noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes.

The chili oil I use is ready-made. Add chili oil and old Shanxi vinegar to eat.
