2.
Weigh the yeast powder and water and stir to dissolve it.

4.
Put the dough in the basin, cover with a slightly damp cloth, and carry out basic fermentation: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
5.
After the basic fermentation is over, divide the dough into 8 small doughs, cover with a slightly damp cloth, and let stand for 15 minutes.
6.
After the rest is over, roll the dough into a thin crust, roll in the cheese slices and crispy hot dogs.
7.
Put the rolled dough in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover with a slightly damp cloth, and carry out the second fermentation: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
8.
Place another empty baking pan on the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
9.
After the second fermentation, sprinkle the raw wheat flour evenly with a sieve.
10.
Use a blade to make your favorite cuts on the surface of the dough.
11.
Before putting the dough in the oven, pour 50ml of water (outside the recipe) into the preheated empty baking pan. Next, put the baking tray with the dough in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 230 degrees.
12.
